I focus on helping exhausted adults finally get consistent sleep again. Clients come to me desperate, anxious and tired. They’ve tried lots of other things already so they’re looking for insomnia therapy that is actually going to work.

They are determined to do what it takes to sleep well. They’re looking for someone who isn’t going to judge them - someone who will partner with them on this journey toward better sleep and ultimately better health.

I often work with people who have struggled with insomnia for decades, have multiple sleep issues or disorders, and have tried just about everything to sleep well — from reading books and scientific articles to buying sleep trackers and apps.

They are often surprised that it works because they thought they were “too far gone.” They often tell me they wish they had tried it sooner.
