Whether you’re experiencing insomnia for the first time or you’ve been struggling for years - you are in the right place. I love to help clients discover consistent, quality sleep and rebuild daytime confidence.

I work with clients who are looking for real change in their sleep in a judgment-free space.

Often they’ve tried lots of other things that only worked in the short term and they're ready for an approach that leads to a long lasting improvement in their sleep.

Together we will use a set of structured techniques and strategies to break the pattern of insomnia and establish a new healthy pattern of sleep that allows your body to repair its natural sleep mechanism in 6-8 weeks. (1) Click here to learn more about CBT-I.

Compassion is central to my work.

Dealing with insomnia is hard enough. The last thing you need is the extra stress of someone making you feel guilty or ashamed about it.

It is not your fault – let’s focus on working together on proven strategies to reset your sleep and treat insomnia. (1)

I am steadfast in my commitment to deliver therapy that not only feels right but truly works.

This work is backed by research and evidence. (1) I’m a licensed therapist with ongoing training to keep up with the latest sleep science from verified sources. This allows me to offer you evidence-based insights and solutions, so you don’t have to sift through myths and click-bait articles about sleep trying to piece together a solution.

I use the manualized version of CBT-I that has been tested and proven. You can rest easy knowing that I’m following the same methods that have led to great results in scientific research. (2)

If you’re looking for support with more than just insomnia, we can go there too.

As a licensed therapist, we can go deeper into the anxiety, depression, burnout, and stress to explore the root causes of the issue.

In the free consultation we can discuss your specific needs, concerns and goals and develop a plan to best support you.

INCLUSIVITY AND ACCOMMODATIONS

I’m dedicated to providing a nurturing, affirming, and anti-oppressive space.

LGBTQ Affirming

You can rest at ease knowing your pronouns will be used and respected. The gender of your bed partner(s) will not raise an eyebrow. Your orientation and/or gender will be affirmed and will not be made a focus of our work unless you want or need that.

I welcome accommodation requests.

For example: Does it help to lie down during the session? Do you need an American Sign Language Interpreter? If you aren’t sure, we can explore this together. Your needs matter.

As a queer therapist with a physical disability, I understand what it is like to navigate a world that isn’t made with you in mind.

I’m passionate about helping you build a life you love and find comfort, ease, and rest.

Asking for help isn’t easy. I consider it a great honor when someone invites me to be the therapist in their journey and I don’t take it for granted. I love what I do because I’m constantly amazed by the human capacity to heal. To say it more simply, I love what I do because therapy is powerful, and transformational. I feel so lucky to be part of it.
